Why is registration closed?
Conference registration has reached maximum capacity, due venue space limitations. At this time, we are accepting new requests through the official waitlist only.
How does the waitlist work?
A limited number of registration spots have been reserved for priority participants, including authors, presenters, speakers, session organizers, and others with official conference roles. If you fall into this category, you still need to add yourself to the waitlist.
These requests are being carefully reviewed first by conference leadership. Once priority requests have been accommodated, any remaining registration opportunities will be offered as cancellations occur. Please note that the waitlist is not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Who is reviewing and approving the waitlist?
The conference leadership team reviews the waitlist multiple times each day and determines who will be offered available registration opportunities.
The Registration Team does not make these decisions. Their role is to respond to inquiries, assist attendees, and process registrations once they have been approved by conference leadership.
Can the Registration Team make an exception or help me get off the waitlist?
No. The Registration Team cannot approve registrations, change waitlist priority, or make exceptions. To ensure a fair and consistent process, all waitlist decisions are made exclusively by conference leadership.
I am an author, speaker, presenter, session organizer, volunteer, sponsor, or exhibitor. Am I given priority?
Yes. Individuals with official conference responsibilities, including authors, presenters, speakers, session organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and exhibitors, receive priority consideration.
Please be sure to clearly identify your role when completing the waitlist form.
What can I do to improve my chances of receiving a registration opportunity?
Complete the waitlist form with as much relevant information as possible. Be sure to include your conference role (author, speaker, presenter, session organizer, sponsor, exhibitor, volunteer, etc.), paper or session title, and any other official conference responsibilities. Complete information helps conference leadership review your request efficiently.
When will I hear back about my waitlist status?
If you are in a priority category, please allow up to 48 business hours for conference leadership to review your request.
If you are not in a priority category, you will be contacted only if space becomes available due to cancellations.
Will emailing the Registration Team help me get off the waitlist faster?
No. Sending multiple emails or duplicate waitlist requests does not increase your priority or improve your chances of receiving a registration opportunity.
The Registration Team cannot influence waitlist decisions, and additional emails only slow their ability to respond to all attendees.
Can I submit more than one waitlist request?
No. Please submit only one waitlist request per person. Duplicate submissions will not improve your chances and may delay the review process.
Is joining the waitlist a guarantee that I will be able to register?
No. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee registration. Registration opportunities depend on conference capacity and attendee cancellations.
How will I know if I have been offered a registration spot?
If a registration spot becomes available, the Registration Team will contact you by email with instructions for completing your registration. Invitations will include a deadline, and registration must be completed before that deadline to secure your spot.
What happens if I miss my registration deadline?
If your registration is not completed by the deadline provided in your invitation, your registration opportunity may be offered to another individual on the waitlist.
